Who we are

Stacked is run by Lucas Williams, an individual in the UK. Contact: [email protected].

To use Stacked you must be 18 or over and live in the UK.

What Stacked is

Stacked is a tracker. It doesn't move money, connect to your bank or hold funds.

It isn't financial, tax or debt advice. Safe to spend, forecasts, pace, Cards & loans payoff dates and My business totals are estimates worked out from what you enter. Check them before you rely on them.

Your account

• Keep your login safe.
• Give accurate details.
• One person per account.

Fair use

Don't misuse Stacked, use it to break the law, attack the service or use someone else's account.

Your data is yours

See the Privacy policy for what we store and why. You can export or delete your data at any time in the app.

Price

Stacked is free for now. If paid features come later, we'll say so first, and nothing you already have will become paid without us telling you.

The service

We try to keep Stacked running, but we can't promise it will never go down or lose data. Keep your own exports (Export all my data in the app).

Liability

Our liability is limited as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or affects your rights under consumer law.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time: see Delete your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we'll tell you why.

Changes

We'll tell you in the app before changes to these terms take effect.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts where you live.
