Delete your Stacked account

In the app

Go to Settings > Delete all my data. It removes your account and everything on our servers straight away.

If you can't open the app

Email [email protected] from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete it within 30 days.

What's deleted

Everything we store on our servers, as listed in the Privacy policy:

• Your name, email address and password.
• When you confirmed you're 18 or over and agreed to the terms.
• Your income, expenses, categories, subscriptions, savings, Cards & loans, IOUs, work expenses and invoices, My business tags, notes, challenges, payday nudges, inbox messages and settings.
• Any photos uploaded for Move to a new phone.

What's kept

Nothing. We don't keep backups of your data.

Photos on your phone

Receipt and IOU photos are stored on your phone, not on our servers. Uninstalling Stacked removes them.
